Bag attack

This conditioning class is designed to get you fitter for boxing. You will be given a punch combination which will be built upon each round. During the round you will also perform a body weight exercise.

Power up!

It is a circuit where you will perform weighted exercises and body weight exercises to time in order to build up explosive power, endurance and strength.

Semi Private Personal Training

If you’re interested in personal training without the higher price tag, this is a great option for you. These sessions are open for up to 4 people at any one session. You don’t need to come with a friend (but you can do). Each class will be programmed by us, scaled to individual ability at the session and can be tailored to individual needs.

By joining our SPPT groups, you will be lead by an instructor who has the knowledge to transform your body and confidence into something you’ve always wanted.

Training in a SPPT group it can give you a massive boost if you have had difficulty motivating yourself. The support and the camaraderie of the group will give you that lift that is needed.

SPPT sessions will have a maximum of 4 people per session which allows your trainer to spend more time monitoring your progress and helping you with your form.
